This service is free to the homeowner. You are never invoiced by this site — the only money that changes hands is between you and the contractor you hire.
Local crews who carry their own paperwork
The contractor on the other end is independent, carries the credentials Texas requires for this work, and is based close enough to Lubbock to turn up. Ask what it holds and for proof of insurance on the first visit; that request is normal and welcome.
One call fixes a bad match
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
What this page does not promise
